Hey there, I'm Rebecca!

I help busy women struggling with consistency, find simple ways to fit health and fitness into their lives by breaking down their goals into manageable steps, so they can break free from the restart cycle, and maintain a healthy lifestyle effortlessly. 

I spent a lot of my initial health and fitness journey following rigid routines, strict rules, and striving for perfection. It wasn't long before I fell into the cycle of going all in on Monday, losing motivation by Friday, having a free-for-all on the weekend, and promising myself I would be better next week. This cycle left me feeling so frustrated that I just couldn't stick with my desired habits. 

I knew something had to change - specifically, the idea that I had to do everything "perfectly" in order for it to count. I took a closer look at my daily routines and shifted my focus from what I thought I had to do, to what I realistically could do in a way that fit my lifestyle, and that I actually ENJOYED. Letting go of the need for perfection, and focusing on realistic actions made everything fall into place and I finally found the consistency I had been searching for. 

Since then, I’ve been fascinated by behaviour change strategies and the power of mindset and its role in creating new habits. It’s amazing what happens when we let go of unrealistic “shoulds” and focus on achievable actions that truly work for us.

Now, I help other women do the same—create healthy habits that fit effortlessly into their lives so they can feel in control, consistent, and break free from the restart cycle.
